Chris Jeffrey

CEO/Managing Director

Chris is one of our co-founders and oversees all company operations. He has worked within the field of Risk Management for over 25 years. He specializes in EHSS system development and risk management.

Jennifer Gray

Chief Operations Officer

Jennifer is our other co-founder who acts as the liaison for Risk 1 and our clients. She worked for more than 20 years with the House of Representatives, which aids in her comprehensive knowledge of government regulations.

Grayson Dabbs

Director of Technology

Grayson is a Software Engineer who specializes in application development. He leads our technology progression by establishing server infrastructure and developing web applications.
